We will start with the one's nearer to the city
1.Chandubi-A serene lake with beautiful natural scenery.
Google map can easily take you there. Reach Mirza college keep following the road and you will be there.
Road Condition as of Jan 2016- Narrow but ok
Best time to visit- January during the lake festival.
Tip- Take your own food as eateries are not around in Chandubi.
2.Dol Gobinda Temple- From Jalukbari ttake the hajo road and then take a left to go under the saraighat bridge extension. A well maintained temple that offers piing hot Payasam as Prasad.
Road condition- OK except for the stretch from Hajo-Guwahati road
Tip-Beware of MOnkey's and Goats in the temple campus.
